Veteran’s Day Monday Information
On Monday, all classes will complete our annual hero workout “Chad,” 1000 step ups for time. We will have a regular class schedule, however all classes will be “open gym” as this wod takes 60-90 minutes. Scale options will be listed on the whiteboard.
