Today’s Schedule
Due to the Bluffton Christmas Parade starting at 10:00 AM, we will offer 6:00 & 7:15 AM classes & 8:30 AM open gym.

Barbell & Interval
3 sets:
3 Rounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
25 ft Handstand Walk
300 m run
-rest 3 minutes between sets-
