100 box jumps (24/20)
100 alternating DB snatches (50/35)
100 airsquats to med ball
100 sit-ups

***60 seconds of work, 60 seconds of rest***

Those that complete the AMRAP, start again at the top and continue the AMRAP with the box jumps.
