Interval
Today we will be completing movements of three stations.1 minute of work followed by 1 minute of rest. All movements will be completed in your designated box. You’ll stay on your movement for the 6 sets and then rotate your your next station. Your total score today is your total reps combined throughout your “work.”

Conditioning (1 minute work/1 minute rest)
Station 1: Max calorie row x 6 sets
Station 2: Max box jumps (24/20) x 6 sets
Station 3: Max KBS (53/35) x 6 sets
