Throughout the month of October , our Thursday’s we be GOAT days. “Goat” is CrossFit slang for a movement that challenges us. Examples: Double-unders, Ring Dips, Overhead Squats. These are the best days to turn perceived “weaknesses” into “strengths.” With the Wednesday Night Fall League and our Friday in class 2019 Open, these days will be perfect for all of us to get better. This class will be lead by a coach and we will change the program weekly.

Conditioning
1 mile run cash in
2x30 reps of 2 gymnastic movements
2x30 reps of 2 weight movements
2x30 reps of 2 met con movements
1 mile run cash out
